Positive Man Management
Establishing a positive relationship with workers is key to extracting the maximum performance from our workers. By establishing good relations, we are able to compel our workers to act in a positive and constructive manner.


Bina Kott encourages the right attitudes in workers by assuring management support in accomplishing their tasks. We reward our workers with tangible rewards and incentives such as performance and attendance allowances and annual increments. Recognition is also given to workers from time to time and this has proven to be effective in increasing their job satisfaction and raising performance.

Bina Kott guarantees workers a minimum wage of RM 400 per month in cases of downtime.
We encourage workers to save and to this end, enforces a compulsory RM100 savings per month on the third year of service to ensure workers have a minimum of RM 1200 upon repatriation.
All workers serve a maximum of 3 years upon which time they will be repatriated at Bina Kott’s expense. This ensures that opportunities are given to younger school leavers from Indonesia.

Welfare Management
All workers are covered under relevant statutory requirements such as the Foreign Labour Insurance Coverage and Out Patient Medical Benefit.

Dissciplinary Management
Bina Kott maintains a strict level of discipline for its workers ensuring that they conduct themselves appropriately at all times. We are also available to respond to any complaints, inquiries and grievances pertaining to workers. Attendance records are inspected and action is taken to ensure 100% worker attendance and punctuality.
